meaning “Label” or “Ticket
 It is a practice and form
prescribed by social convention
or by an authority.

 It is the way we present ourselves to others,
  being comfortable and making others
  comfortable.

Determines success or
failures of a business.

For maintaining good
relationship with clients,
customers and employees.
MAINTAINING BUSINESS

Treat each other with
respect, irrespective
of their position.

  • 2. ETIQUETTE - Introduction  Etiquette is a French word meaning “Label” or “Ticket  It is a practice and form prescribed by social convention or by an authority.  It is the way we present ourselves to others, being comfortable and making others comfortable.
  • 4. IMPORTANCE OF BUSINESS ETIQUETTE Determines success or failures of a business. For maintaining good relationship with clients, customers and employees.
  • 5. MAINTAINING BUSINESS ETIQUETTE Treat each other with respect, irrespective of their position. Let others know that you appreciate their work and what they do. Respect other’s time and be punctual.
  • 6. Dressing – An Important Aspect Men have to appear impeccably groomed, so that they look respectful. Women have to dress appropriately, so that they do not give any wrong impression.
