PRESENCIALES EN BAJA CALIFORNIA.

Proponer las orientaciones y acciones que conduzcan a reabrir las escuelas de formas gradual, escalonada, ordenada y
segura con base en el comportamiento del semáforo de riesgo epidemiológico.
Objetivo
 Orientar las acciones que las autoridades
educativas escolares han planteado, a fin de
garantizar las mejores condiciones para el
regreso seguro de NNA.

 Establecer acciones sobre seguridad e higiene
e implementar estrategias académicas (previos
a la re- apertura)

 Fortalecer la relación escolar y formar una
comunidad resiliente, inclusive y equitativa.
🔎3 fases de reapertura, gradual y
escalonada.
1️⃣Etapa I. Medidas previas
fases para la apertura de las escuelas
2️⃣Etapa II. Medidas de organización
3️⃣Etapa III. Medidas académicas
📝Basado en la Estrategia Nacional para el Regreso Seguro a
Clases en las Escuelas de Educación Básica.
📝Basado en la Guía de Orientación para la reapertura de las
escuelas antes el Covid-19.
📌FASES PARA LA APERTURA DE LAS ESCUELAS.
1️⃣ Primera Fase. Comunidades rurales
a. Identificar municipios con una baja densidad poblacional en
cada entidad federativa en Semáforo de verde (localidades
rurales).
b. Identificar municipios con dificultades de acceso a medios de
comunicación.
c. Seleccionar escuelas primarias multigrado y comunitarias
CONAFE en municipios con baja densidad poblacional.
2️⃣ Segunda fase. Comunidades semiurbanas
a. Identificar municipios semiurbanos en entidades
federativas en semáforo verde.
B. Identificar municipios con bajo acceso a medios de
comunicación.
C. Seleccionar escuelas de todos los niveles y tipos de
educación básica en municipios con baja densidad
demográfica.
3️⃣ Tercera fase. Zonas urbanas
A. Identificar municipios con mayor densidad demográfica (localidades
urbanas) en las entidades federativas.
B. Identificar los niveles de acceso a medios de comunicación,
principalmente el grado de conectividad a internet en los municipios
con mayor densidad demográfica en la entidad federativa.
C. Implementar un modelo mixto de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el que
la estrategia aprende en casa se convierta en el eje del proceso
educativo en zonas urbanas de mayor densidad demográfica.

-Estrategia de aprendizaje e innovaciones académicas.
-Recuperación de los aprendizajes.
-Prevención del abandono escolar y mecanismo de prevención.
-Personal Docente.
-Corresponsabilidad.
-Participación de los y las estudiantes
Condiciones para el retorno a las escuelas
☑️3 filtros sanitarios (casa, ingreso a la escuela e ingreso al
salón de clases).
☑️Actualizaciones académicas (cursos)
☑️Acceso a agua y jabón en las escuelas.
☑️Sistema de monitoreo de la escuelas.

  • 4. 📌FASES PARA LA APERTURA DE LAS ESCUELAS. 1️⃣ Primera Fase. Comunidades rurales a. Identificar municipios con una baja densidad poblacional en cada entidad federativa en Semáforo de verde (localidades rurales). b. Identificar municipios con dificultades de acceso a medios de comunicación. c. Seleccionar escuelas primarias multigrado y comunitarias CONAFE en municipios con baja densidad poblacional.
  • 5. 2️⃣ Segunda fase. Comunidades semiurbanas a. Identificar municipios semiurbanos en entidades federativas en semáforo verde. B. Identificar municipios con bajo acceso a medios de comunicación. C. Seleccionar escuelas de todos los niveles y tipos de educación básica en municipios con baja densidad demográfica.
  • 6. 3️⃣ Tercera fase. Zonas urbanas A. Identificar municipios con mayor densidad demográfica (localidades urbanas) en las entidades federativas. B. Identificar los niveles de acceso a medios de comunicación, principalmente el grado de conectividad a internet en los municipios con mayor densidad demográfica en la entidad federativa. C. Implementar un modelo mixto de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el que la estrategia aprende en casa se convierta en el eje del proceso educativo en zonas urbanas de mayor densidad demográfica.
