Days especially targeted at
companies that hire graduates
of the course.
8. Explore practical entrepreneurial aspects of building tech with the
students
9. Incorporate actual recent and localised examples and projects in
coursework/assignments
10. Top student gets a job in the state housing commission
11. Each student should create building prototypes every semester
12. In-house school building projects/problems should be contracted
to students with 1 professional supervisor
13. For those who have already graduated like Tola, he should form a
team of volunteers and look out for practical community building
projects they can work on. Source for support and solve the
problems. This would inspire them while giving them experience
in solving a social problem.
14. Also, take up volunteer/un-paid internship positions in companies
in his field ; or church building projects
