1. Sports & Tourism Department Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa

2.  PC-I of Rs. 4725 Million was approved by PDWP on 19/11/2014.
 47 Sub head schemes was approved by DDWP on 31/12/2014,
07/01/2015, 19/01/2015 & 20/02/2015.
 The allocated amount of Rs. 200.00 Million has been released by
Finance Department during CFY 2015-16.
 The same amount of Rs. 200.000 million was placed at the
disposal of C&W Deptt:
 According to SAP System of Finance Deptt:, expenditure of
Rs.110.00 million has been incurred till date.
 Rs. 346 million was surrendered by C&W Deptt: during last
financial year (2014-15).

3.  C&W Deptt: indicated different dates i.e.
30/06/2015, 02/11/2015 (only for 09
playgrounds)
 In a joint meeting of Advisor to CM for Sports &
Advisor to CM for C&W held on 30/10/2015
the C&W Deptt: given completion dates as
mentioned in above table.
 Not a single playground has been handed over
by C&W to sports deptt: till date.
 An additional amount of Rs.176 million has
been demanded for completion of 33
playgrounds of phase -I
