Editor's Notes

  1. This allowed Enron to place liability so that it would not appear in its accounts, allowing it to maintain a robust and generally growing stock price and thus keeping its critical investment grade credit ratings.
  2. Capital Land is one of the asia’s largest real estate companies. The picture on the left shows the headquarter of CapitalLand in Singapore. The company’s core business are in real estate, hospitality and real estate financial services.
  3. Staff activities have been organized to raise awareness and encourage activism in promoting Green initiatives within the Group. From some news, I also realized that staff from CapitalLand do field studies to minimize the impact of the projects to the community and the neighborhood. They did seek advices from residents and took into consideration. As for the Environmental Management mentioned in their website, it can help to assist the Green initiative and help to manage their project to better follow some international environmental standards.
