Check if the property has NA certification, which is if the land is agricultural or Non-
Agricultural
By default all land are agricultural land and no construction can be done on the land
which is of commercial value and purpose, or other than agriculture.
If for a commercial use, the same has to be converted to Non-Agricultural land (NA) by
paying certain fees to the authorities /collectorate (Govt)
By default a land can be converted to a NA land if the land has not been in cultivation for
the last 2 consecutive years.
