The second concert I attended was a performance by the Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra at
TAMU s Rudder Theater. The performers were wearing black suits with a white button up shirt for

struck Eurydamas down (418). When Odysseusis fulfilling his revenge against the suitors, he is
still described as a raider of cities by Homer. Now, since Odysseus is fighting in the name of

Odysseus enslaves the women, Homer seems to particularly emphasize the negative quality of
mercilessness in him as a raider of cities. Odysseus does not feel any compassion when he enslaves
innocent women handing them off to men as if they are objects. Moreover, Odysseus plunders and
enslaves without any self control, which highlights that he is glorifying and enjoying himself.
Destroying a city, killing many people, and raping innocent women evidently shows the immense
amount of self possession that Odysseus completely lacks. Later on, Odysseus seems to change his
stance on mercy. After he kills every suitor, Odysseus tells Eurykleia, To glory over slain men is no

Bangla word recognition is extremely challenging and there are too few works reported on online
cursive Bangla word recognition. Bangla is a complicated script and it needs rigorous
investigations to implement a better recognition system. While we have sophisticated classifiers
like Hidden Markov Models or BLSTM Neural Networks for recognition of complicated scripts, we
have very little comparative studies about the appropriate feature sets for such scripts. In this paper,
