     What Is Special About Our School?

     At ESOB, students are encouraged to
     develop their potential academically,
     personally, and socially.

     The school has a different range of
     students: from the age of 14 till
     adults.
     Classes begin at 08h30, in the morning
     and finish at 17h35 in the evening.
     Night shift begins at 18h00 and finishes
     at 00h00.

    The night classes are useful for people in
    general that need some more
    qualifications and can, thus, obtain them.

    ESOB Student Characteristics.

    We have 55 students, 7 and 8 grades;
    24 students, 9th Grade, professional
    courses. (CEF: Table Service and Store Operator)

    As a secondary school, ESOB offers day
    and night courses, for 292 students, in

  5. TECHNOLOGICAL COURSES
    Allow students to join the job market,
    after completing their on-the-job training
    (a total of 240 hours during 12 weeks).

  6. PROFESSIONAL COURSES
    Basic level: allow students to join the job market, after
    completing 1.200 training hours. These are 1 or 2 years courses.

    Secondary level: allow students to join the job market,
    after completing 1.200 training hours. These are 1 or 2 years
    courses.

       NIGHT STUDENTS.
  o    It is possible for adult people to attend 2
       different courses:
  1.    Adults can validate everything they did in life, as
        workers; (RVCC) or
  2.    They can attend normal courses. (EFA)

    local community in terms of local
    companies to give the possibility to the
    students of finding jobs, after finishing
    school and also after a practical training
    course in that companies.

    This dual system allows students to have
    a better understanding of the world of
    employment.

    Our school tries to reinforce the basic
    principles of any human being, tries to
    reinforce the integration of all students,
    and tries to make students to become
    aware of the “life outside school”, with
    the rights they have but also with the
    responsibilities.
