HALL
The Large Hall has a stage of approx. 165m², with a
depth of 10m and a width of 16.50m. The stage frame
is particularly extensive (brass bands, orchestras,
with a space 15m wide) and a 4.8m high stage frame.
The stage is equipped with the necessary technical
equipment, with sound and lighting.
In horizontal layout (without steps)
The room can accommodate approx. 1,800 persons
standing, for example for concerts of contemporary
music. It can accommodate approx. 800 seats for
shows, meetings or conferences;
For banquets or meetings, the hall has a capac-
ity of approx. 640 seats with rectangular tables
(180x80cm), and between 400 and 550 seats with
round tables (ø 150cm, between 6 and 8 persons per
table).The tables are stored in the basement with
access by goods lift. The room has a bar opposite the

The room has mobile tiered seating with a capacity
of approx. 644 seats; the seats are directly integrated
into the tier structure. The tiered seating can also be
taken down to approx. 50% to offer a reduced capac-
ity of approx. 360 seats; this layout makes it possible
to make use of half the hall for shows and half the
hall as a foyer. With an arrangement of round tables,
this ad-hoc foyer can accommodate approx. 150 to
200 persons (ø 150cm, between 6 and 8 persons per
table).

The hall can be configured with tiered stands
installed, facing the stage, with the provision
of 644 fixed seats. During the time of the
event, the storage rooms usually occupied
by the stands will be available for temporary
storage spaces (1x near the bar, 1x near the
stage).

Configuration offered :
The hall can be prepared in a meeting - con-
ference - banquet configuration, facing the
stage, with the layout of 648 seats, at max-
imum capacity. The positioning of the tables,
however, must comply with fire safety legis-
lation. This arrangement can be combined
with a similar occupancy of the Foyer, e.g. in
the event of a major festival.
Configuration offered :
The hall can be prepared in a show or meet-
ing configuration, facing the stage, with a
layout of approx. 800 seats. The floor is hori-
zontal, without steps. For this type of layout,
and for fire safety reasons, the seats must be
joined together.

The hall can be prepared in a banquet config-
uration. The arrangement with round tables
is more user-friendly, while maintaining a
good visual relation to the stage. The ø 150
round tables offer a capacity of 6 to 8 seats,
thus offering greater flexibility of use with
varying degrees of comfort. With 6 persons/
table, the capacity of this layout is 414 places;
with 8 persons / table, the capacity rises to
552 seats. This layout can be combined with
a similar occupation of the Foyer, e.g. in the
case of a large event.

DRESSING ROOMS
The dressing rooms are accessible directly from
the back stage. They consist of a collective dress-
ing room with 5 make-up places with mirror and 2
individual dressing rooms with private shower. The
dressing rooms have their independent sanitary
facilities, shower and WC.
The collective area of the lodges is equipped with a
kitchenette, a small lounge and a shared table for
6-8 persons.

The dressing rooms have 2 individual
spaces and a collective space with table and
make-up mirrors. They include independent

Foyer
THE FOYER
The Foyer can be used independently of the Large
Hall, for banquets, meetings or conferences. In
meeting or conference layout, without tables, its
capacity is approx. 250 seats.
For banquets or meetings, the Foyer has a capac-
ity of approx. 180 seats with rectangular tables
(180x80cm), and approx. 120 to 150 seats with round
tables (ø 150cm, between 6 and 8 persons per table).
The Foyer has a bar opposite the stage, which offers
a food and drink service. This bar is directly linked
to a professional kitchen with a hot air steam oven, a
stove block with oven, a tilting sauté pan and a tilting
pot. The kitchen also includes a dishwashing tunnel
and a cold room.

comfort. With 6 persons / table, the capacity
of this layout is 120 seats; with 8 persons /
table, the capacity is 150 seats.

Communal room
COMMUNAL
ROOM
The Communal Room can be used independently
of the Large Hall, for banquets, meetings or con-
ferences. It has completely independent access to
the lower level of the building, with its own sanitary
facilities.
In meeting or conference arrangements, without
tables, its capacity is approx. 150 seats, while freeing
up half of the room area for recreational parties.
For banquets or meetings, the Communal Room
has a capacity of approx. 200 seats with rectangular
tables (180x80cm), and approx. 120 to 160 seats with
round tables (ø 150cm, between 6 and 8 persons per
table).

seats (padded seats). The room can be used
for conference purposes as well as for pro-
jections. The upper part of the room is suffi-
ciently clear to allow access for wheelchairs.

er’s optics are designed to offer minimal dis-
tortion on the screen

GUEST
ROOM
This small room, which overlooks the Large Hall, is
primarily intended for the reception of guests dur-
ing large indoor events. It is jointly fitted out as a
“lounge”, with small armchairs, and an “aperitif”
area, with high tables and “bar” stools.
It can also be used as an extra room for small meet-
ings, conferences, or a meeting room. With or with-
out a table, it can accommodate between 20 and 60
persons. It includes a small private kitchenette.

CP shelter
CP SHELTER
Part of the Civil Protection (CP) shelter is intended
for occasional group accommodation, or for looking
after people in the event of a disaster. Its maximum
capacity is 48 persons, according to the fire protec-
tion provisions.
The “accommodation” sector offers 48 beds on 2 lev-
els, distributed between 2 rest rooms (28 beds and
20 beds, respectively). Its equipment meets civil pro-
tection requirements, with a minimum kitchenette.
It is equipped with showers, and has access to the
nearby Communal Room sanitary facilities. The com-
fort equipment exceeds the minimum requirements;
the premises are ventilated and heated, and the beds
are fitted with mattresses for the users’ comfort.

CP shelter
Configuration offered :
The accommodation space is designed to
accommodate a maximum of 48 persons,
the limit set by the instructions of the fire
brigade. The dormitories include 2-tier
bunk beds, with access between each bed.
The space available includes two dormito-
ries (with “improved” beds), a refectory and
service areas (showers, WC, kitchen, storage
rooms, and shelter).

A ticket office/cloakroom is located directly at the
main entrance.
The communal sanitary areas are all located in the
basement of the building :
For the main hall, the foyer and adjoining rooms: access by
main staircase, with lift.
