Salesforce.com provided training and implemented their customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the Association European Studies for Innovative Development of Georgia (ESIDG) to help with sustainable development, integration into European research, and adopting new research methods. The implementation addressed ESIDG's initial issues with lack of contact management, inconsistent content storage, insufficient collaboration processes, and inefficient communication. Through educational sessions and a customized Salesforce solution, ESIDG was able to improve underlying procedures, see Salesforce as an innovation driver, and gain personal fulfillment from the engagement.
