2007:
• Request of ESA and the Municipality of Noordwijk to develop a multi-tenant office building
which could also house ESA-BIC
• First design: 5000 sqm office including 1200 sqm incubator
• Assignment of subsidy by the Province of South Holland and the Municipality of Noordwijk
2008:
• Economical Crisis
• Rejection of the ESA BIC application for subsidy by the government (Techno Partners)
• Consequences: Halving of the incubation program to 600 sqm
New development of a smaller building

• Assignment of contribution to ESA BIC by the Ministry of Economic Affairs
• Start of the new development
2010:
• April 28: kick-off incubation program by Secretary of State Maria van der Hoeven
• May: 65% pre-let
• September 1: start construction
