This document contains summaries of traditional Polish folktales and historical events presented by students from Poland and the Czech Republic. The summaries include stories about the Wawel Dragon that lived on Wawel Hill, the Basilisk monster that lived in Old Warsaw, a Warsaw mermaid, the Battle of Grunwald, a golden duck that promised riches, and the origins of Poland, Czechia, and Russia with the brothers Lech, Czech and Rus. The students created worksheets summarizing these Polish tales and history for a Erasmus+ workshop on mathematics in Europe.
