2. Course Description
This course covers the principles and concepts of environmental law, including Constitutional
responsibilities, sustainable development, and climate change. Students will gain practical skills in
legal analysis and research through lectures, case studies, research papers, group discussions,
and moot court exercises. By the end of the course, students will have a deep understanding of the
legal and policy frameworks underpinning environmental law.

pollution and the nature and scope of

legal framework pertaining to environment.
