EM 12c Early Adopter Program (EAP)
• The EAP will help customers to successfully
transition to EM 12c by partnering to:
• Ensure the customer is aware of all
existing EM 12c deployment
documentation and recommendations
• Ensure that the Oracle virtual team is
ready to respond customer issues
when they are ready to “go live”
• Recommend solutions to any known
or encountered implementation
roadblocks
• Goal: To help customers realize a positive
early experience with EM 12c – whether a
fresh install or upgrade – by aligning people,
process and technology with business
objectives

EAP Customer Candidate Criteria
• Customer has made the decision to use EM 12c
• Customer wants to get EM 12c running across their
enterprise
• Customer has hardware, software and personnel resources
in place
EM 12c Early Adopter Program – What it is Not
• Not a consulting engagement – assigned resources will
not write code or implement features for the customer
• Assigned resources will come from a number of different
teams within Oracle (will be referred to as a virtual team)
• Not a full-time commitment by Oracle – assigned
resources will work with the customer as needed; field
SCs will still be required to account manage the
customer
• Not an on-site engagement
Nominating EAP Customers
•Before you submit the nomination, ensure that the customer has
completed the following basic preparation:
•Submit EAP requests via the e-mail template located on the
workspace to: EM_FieldSupportRequests_us@Oracle.com
