1. ENROLLMENT FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
For the 2013-2014 School Year
This is an agreement for your family’s enrollment at Northstar School for the academic year of 2013-2014. It covers the
financial terms of your students’ enrollment at the school. The terms indicated herein are binding and agreement to all
terms is required. Please review these terms carefully, fill out all required (shaded) fields, and sign below.

The Terms and Conditions of this agreement are as follows:
• You agree to be responsible for payment of the full tuition amount indicated below.
• You agree to be responsible for all additional school related fees (materials fees, activities fees, etc.)
• Your students’ enrollment is contingent upon you paying the total amount due each month. Failure to pay
amounts due in a timely fashion according to the tuition schedule may result in your child's enrollment being put
on probation, suspended, or even terminated.
• Whenever your students’ tuition becomes past due by 30 days, the student may be withheld from school until the
delinquency is cured. If the delinquency is not cured within an additional 60 day period, the student may be
subject to dismissal.
• Returned checks will be subject to a $25 administrative penalty fee.
• Your child’s enrollment in Northstar School makes you liable to pay for the entire academic year
• The student and the undersigned parent/guardian agree to abide by Northstar School’s policies, rules, and
regulations, and any adoptions or amendments thereto. It is understood that the student may be suspended or
dismissed from school at any time if, in the opinion of the school’s administration: the student’s academic
progress is unsatisfactory: the student’s conduct at or away from the school is unsatisfactory or is detrimental to
good order and discipline in the School; or the student and/or the student’s parents/guardians fail to abide by the
School’s policies, rules,and regulations or otherwise seriously interfere with the School’s accomplishment of its
educational purpose.
• Enrollment of a student in any school year shall not obligate the School to accept the student in any succeeding
