 Develop solutions for technical facility management and
plant maintenance, including preventive and corrective
maintenance plans and detailed maintenance schedules.
 Participate in witnessing commissioning and install new
equipment, as requested, to ascertain that the equipment
and auxiliaries are in compliance with specifications.
 Direct and supervise day to day maintenance activities to
ensuring all mandatory checks are performed, consumables
are adequately stocked.
 Maintain adequate spare parts inventory of the Plant's
equipment, tools, tackles, etc.
 Ensure all mandatory daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
reports and readings are submitted and logged in time.
 Provide leadership, mentoring and training to technicians.
 Ensure all staff has the necessary personal protective
equipment for their specific jobs.
