EAFIT University was founded in 1960 by business leaders to educate professionals to serve Colombia. It has four schools and is located in Medellin with 22 buildings and laboratories. EAFIT's mission is to contribute to Colombia's development through undergraduate and graduate programs in fields like engineering, business, sciences and law, to educate competitive graduates through research with academic and private sectors.

4. EAFIT University was founded on 1960 by
a group of business men with the purpose
of bring up suitable professionals aware of
their responsibility with the country.
Today, the University has four Schools –
Administration, Engineering, Sciences
and Humanities and Law.
The campus is located in Medellin,
Antioquia; with 22 buildings of
classrooms, offices and laboratories, as
well as open spaces where academic and
cultural activities can be carried out. All
the classrooms are equipped with the
latest technology.
The university has expanded its activity to
other zones of the country: Bogota,
Pereira, Llano Grande.

and graduate programs –imbedded in ideological

individuals, graduates who are internationally

resources, online resources, and different
presentations.
LABORATORIES: Are specialized classrooms
for academic support, providing the
resources of laboratories and workshops for
the departments of engineering, basic
sciences and humanities.
