2. Cartware_Shoplupe
Description:
This module enables a feedback function in Magento whereby customers can provide feedback to the
shop, make suggestions for improvement, report bugs, send praise or ask a question.

• Extension of all pages in the shop by a feedback button on the edge of your browser
window
• The customer can also:

Installation:
You receive our extension as a .tar.gz archive file. To install the module, unpack it and copy the content
recursively in the Magento instance. This means you add files to existing folders. Do not override this
folders, just add the module data.

For assistance while operating with our module, please first contact the NR App Factory. Our service
partner is instructed in detail and should be able to help you with all of your questions. If there are
technical issues, that our service partner was not able to resolve, you can contact our support team

To configure your newly acquired Cartware_Shoplupe module, please proceed as follows:
• Login to your Magento backend
• Go to System --> Configuration
• Switch to tab Cartware --> Shoplupe
