-DEALING WITH TIME-
Q.1
In most countries young people suffer from lack of free time for their leisure
activities which greatly influences their time of studies. They're not willing to
concentrate and work hard towards their goals but that is not the main reason.
there are problems that keeps them away from achieving their goals such as
competition,time managementand family relationship.
Firstly, time management is a factor that causes the way they study and spend
their leisure time. Nobody can deny that the key to success lies under hard work.
Competition can be the main reason, which young people need to concentrate
only on their school performance.Consequently, young students are obliged to
spend most of their time learning academic subjects rather than socializing with
peers. a lot of people go for tuition classes during the night.this is not a proper
lifestyle as it can make the person feel under pressure as if time is limited for
them, people should try to enjoy the outside world as well rather than studying.
this has no effect on their studies but is a reason why they have lack of free time
for their leisure activities, being too overworking. the solution to this is to manage
your time very well, maintain a social lifestyle while having no problems on
studying.
Next, another cause would be the opposite of the one mentioned previously, time
management. some people tend to spend most of the time watching television,
going out with friends and play games. they don't have a schedule for studying,
this can make them feel sleepy and tired during class as they always do their
studies last minute especially late at night. they always tend to stay calm and
relax at the early stage, some people also never try to rethink what they study in
previous lessons. this bad habit needs people who have these bad habits needs
to realise that this can give you difficluties on their studies such as exams or
tests. the solution to this is that you have to manage your time very well, try to
stay healthy and well organised.
in addition, parental pressure is another factor that leads more worse. for
example, as soon as the student arrives from school, he is controlled by his
parents, who make him to do his homework. therefore, both education authorities
and parents are having incredible influence on young. this gives bad effects such
as anti-social, stress and feelingdemotivated. the parents may also not realise
that he worked hard at school and so they just give the person chores just to
complete his daily working routine. as for the solutions, i believe that establishing
a proper lifestyle is the thing whichs helps one cope with the pressure. in other
words, a logical plan for your study and spare time is a good way of living. for
example, communicating with friends also helps forget about the current
problems and you can always enjoy chatting with them. Futhermore, doing
various sports is the next thing that one can do in order to release the pressure.

in conclusion, problems from competition, time management and family
relationship are a major distraction to young people which may cause some bad
effects that influences their studies. i suggest that young people should look up to
the seniors who are successful on how they handle their life properly, they should
also ask the seniors on how they manage their time well, family should be more
caring on their child and not to put too much pressure on them. people come to
life not for having leisure, but for deserving for success and enjoying the results
of hard work they have done. But still they have to keep both leisure and
obligations in moderation.
