How many people do you need? For how long you need the people? When do you want them to start? Describe your project and your current project team.
- 3. GATHER THE RIGHTTEAM If we have the right people with required skills and experience available from other projects in our internal pool - we provide them. We go through network of our associates and through our recruitment network in the searches of the right talents. We carefully screen engineers before offering them to you. You approve all the members of the team. IT USUALLY TAKES 4-8 WEEKS TO GATHER A TEAM OF 3-6 SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS

ORGANIZE EFFECTIVE WORKIN GEOGRAPHICALLY-DISTRIBUTED ENVIRONMENT We provide your dedicated remote team with all they need for effective work, help establishing software development processes, support you with effective communications. You have full access to your remote people; you work with the remote software developers almost the same way as you work with people in your own office just by using internet technologies for seeing and hearing each other. Virtual whiteboards, task tracking systems, virtual kanban boards, desktop sharing tools and everything else needed for effective project work is available for your use.
