2. Process Flow
1. Onboarding - captures the basic information of pregnant women and stores
it in our central database.
2. Actual pre-natal checkup with the OB-Gyne or Midwife - captures all the
current information about the condition of the pregnant woman, i.e. BP,
sickness etc., the medicines and vitamins she has been prescribed, the details
of the food pack that the barangay are giving to the subject and all other info
until she has given birth. This is her digital "Nanay" book
3. 1st baby check-up with the Pediatrician - we will just copy the existing
process. The system will capture the basic information of her baby, all the
vaccines administered, the vitamins and oral medicines prescribed from day 1
up until that 1000th day. This is now called her digital baby book.

3. 4. Part of the system is an inventory of all the items that donated, the name of
the donors who can be an individual, a company or an organization.
5. Reporting system with data analytics.
