This document provides the class schedule and reading assignments for an 18-week British Literature survey course covering Romantic, Victorian, and Modern periods. The course is divided into three parts: 1) Romantic Revolutions focusing on poets like Wordsworth, Coleridge, Shelley, and Keats; 2) The "Two Nations" of Victorian England examining industrialization, art, women's issues through Dickens, the Brownings, and others; and 3) The Modern Condition through works by Yeats, Eliot, Woolf, Achebe and Stoppard.
