– Quick Training (click to get started on a run)
– Dashboard (total workout data, results from
previous workouts, recovery mode stats)
– Setup (set up user profile and turn on
automatic sharing to Facebook and Twitter
– PAFERS (send feedback, visit PAFERS website,
rate the app and see other PAFERS apps)
– Program (12 training programs in two levels)
– HRC (set desired heart rate and treadmill will
provide a customized workout)
– Recovery (one minute recovery mode)
