my strategic plan for my business calls for
a “Management Team”.

Just like any other business, a diverse
management team has its benefits over

Essentially, the point is that I want to
surround myself with the “Right” people.

My strategic plan called for me to identify
people who fall into the following
categories:

1. Current Business Owner / Entrepreneur
2. Has influence over a large network
3. Has an Entrepreneurial Spirit

I know that if you fall into one of these
categories, you probably are already
familiar with the following wealth
generating principals and why they are
essential in wealth creation:

• Multiple Steams of Income (MSI)
• Leverage
• Recurring (residual, passive) Income

If you feel you do not fall into one of these
categories, I invited you here because I
know that this is also a good opportunity
for the average person to experience
success.

I think everyone I invited to the webinar is
a person who has the proper motivation
and is someone I can count on to help the
team make successful business decisions.

The goal is to work collectively while
building our business individually.

Now to be honest, my motivation was the
money.

I need the cash. I am convinced that this
system will eliminate the “Money Problem”.

I’m convinced that soon, money will no longer
be a problem for me and my family.

In the short 30 days or so that I’ve been
actively involved, I’ve made a little over
$1,300 and created a monthly residual
income over $700 that continues to
grow every week.

And I have done that going it alone, under
the radar, and with strangers over the
internet.

Now I believe my concept of a local
“Management Team” will take this business
to the next level and I want you to be a part
of that ride.

And know that the first commitment of the
“Management Team” is to ensure that
everyone on the team within their 1st
30 days at least achieves the results that
I achieved (an extra $700 in monthly
recurring income)..

I know that is not a lot (especially
compared to Tracey, Chuck, and Mack),
but if you look at it, its $700 more than you
made last month.

And for me, if you annualize that $700
($8,400/yr), that constituted a nice little
raise to my current annual income.

I’m figuring that is probably for most people
between a 10% and 20% raise for most
people, if not more.

surpass those results because that will
be the team’s first mission

coming to your city and creating a local
management team around your
leadership.

This is why I want a “Management Team”:

• The Management Team will work collectively, but
build each business individually

• The Management Team will enter the Market with
more credibility than going it alone

• The Management Team will share resources

• The Management Team will share knowledge and
training

• The Management Team will ensure the success of
other members on the team

You may not know how all of this looks
quite yet but I will break it all down to you.

However, when I say “Team”, know that I
value diversity, so I want our Management
team to consist of people other than the
ones who I hand-picked.

Therefore, I am going to be asking you to
identify at least 1 and not more than 3
people who you feel yourself are like-
minded and invite them to a follow up
meeting that we will be having in about a
week.

At that meeting I will get the additional
people up to speed and lay out the 3, 6,
and 12 month strategic plan for the
Management Team.

Whoever is onboard and at that meeting
will be the local “Management Team” that
we move forward with.

If I’m there by myself, I will move forward
alone, but I’m sure you will be just as
