Laramie Lumley has created an employment portfolio to obtain a job as an assistant or head college baseball coach. Their goals are to first become an assistant coach under a respected head coach, then eventually become a head coach themselves. As a coach, their mission is to help players develop character while earning their degree and learning baseball fundamentals. 2. Introduction
 Becoming a College Head Baseball coach is one of the highest honors to reach in
life. I have researched a lot of career paths, and have landed on becoming a
baseball coach. Assistant coaching is one of the stepping stones that I could use
to get to my over all goal of being a college head baseball Coach.
