Complete a demographic analysis, benefit analysis, utilization analysis,
cost and use analysis (claims, trendings, rate setting), and determine the
correlation of benefits use to population.
Develop Objectives and Specifications Review the test findings
with you and map out what your benefits plan should look like.
Market Research Structure and solicit an RFP, negotiate and interview
until the best proposal is reached.
Plan Implementation Develop a strategy for plan implementation by
type of product.
Ongoing Service Monitor plan performance, hold quarterly meetings
to review plan utilization reports, and negotiate renewals based on data
compliance, underwriting methodology, and reasonableness of pricing.
