Typically, three levels of reward are made - Managerial and Specialist roles (Level 1), Senior and Technical roles (Level 2) and Administrative roles (Level 3). The attached graph breaks these three levels down in to the 10th percentile, 75th, 50th and 25th percentile. The highest level of payment is shown at the 100th percentile
