4. I wish to do well during my undergraduate study;

There are little expectations of me by my family currently.;

5. Lot of hand gestures and passionate speaking;
Spread the word about my travel agency among friends
and beneficiaries;
Get the web site up and running;
Work hard towards getting a scholarship from my college
of study;
Expand the business from its stage of infancy to
consolidate its market position;
Manage my time to balance its’ various components;
Follow up on my father’s orders.

6. He is very ambitious and motivated;
There is admirable desire to accomplish instilled in him;
A lot of time is wasted by him during the follow up;
Sharp and focused mind ;
Not a good manager of time;
Lack of motivation/drive to work (although
understandable) ;
Keen observer of competition ;
Fluent speaker and conviction in speech ;
Since it is his father’s business , it is ‘taken for granted’ by
him.

Vision is very ‘in-the-box’ and not creative;
Has a great support system working for him in the form of
friends and family;
Not afraid to take a stand ;
Enterprising in nature and not prepared to work under

Rigid in mindset and closed to criticism;
Marches to the beat of his own drum i.e more of a solo
worker than a team player.
