Eligibility results
Results will be sent by email and eligible applicants will be contacted by the Admissions Officer
to schedule the required interview.
Interviews
Face to face interviews can be organised in the following locations:
EMLYON Business School European Campus (Lyon - France)
EMLYON Business School Asian Campus (Shanghai – China)
OTHER* (Video or Phone interview for the applicants living too far from the locations
listed above)
*In case of a video or phone interview, candidate may be requested to go to a French official
representation premises (such as a French Consulate, Alliance Française or Campus France) in
order to have his/her interview where ID will be checked before the interview by a French official
on behalf of EMLYON Business School.

Admission results
Admission results will be communicated first by email then by official postal mail.
Scholarships policy
Once you are admitted, you will be able to ask for one of our scholarships (Excellence, Merit or
Diversity).
Required Supporting Documents
The following documents must be received by EMLYON at the latest by the application session
closing date.
A resume
2 (two) Recommendation Letters (you can download the recommendation letter form
from the online application)
A Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) score
• You can send your score directly to EMLYON using our code MBW-FX-70 just
before starting your test or you can send us a certified copy of your score.
• GMAT scores are valid for 5 (five) years, thus GMAT scores prior to September
2008 are not acceptable.
• GMAT website www.mba.com/mba for any additional information.
A Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) test score can be submitted and will be
reviewed with your application, only if you do not have a GMAT test score.
• You can send your score directly to EMLYON using our code 0761
A certified copy of your IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC/Cambridge Proficiency score
• Please note that the scores are valid for 2 (two) years (except Cambridge that is
valid for the rest of your life), thus English test scores prior to September 2011
are not acceptable.
• The TOEFL score can be sent directly to EMLYON Business School with
Programme Number 0357.
• Applicants whose mother tongue is English can be exempted from providing an
English Proficiency Score.
1 passport style photograph (not scanned) with your name on the back.
A copy of an official valid Identity Card or Passport.
A certified copy of your most recent academic degree translated into English or French.
A certified copy of your birth certificate translated into English, French, German or
Spanish.
120€ non-refundable application fee (please, pay on-line through the link you will receive
by e-mail once you have validated your application).

Tuition fees
Tuition fees for 2013/2014 are still under review and will be published soon.
Tuition fee for 2012/2013 academic year were :
35 900€ (learning trip included)
Pricing for academic year of 2012/2013, may be subject to change.
All indicated fees include tuition, enrolment fees, and lifelong membership of EMLYON Forever.
Enrolment fees include but are not limited to Administrative Fees, Membership of student chapter
(corpo), use of sports facilities, international mobility insurance. Extension of enrolment is subject to
payment of 500€ enrolment fees per year.
