What is an Email?
Electronic Mail often abbreviated as E-mail.
A system that allows people to send messages

The process of sending and receiving messages over the
Internet.

• In other words rapport is a close relationship in
which the people or groups concerned are “in

feelings or ideas, and communicate smoothly.
