also based in the Customer Services Organisation (CSO) in the position of ESB Analyst. My main
tasks included: planning cost forecast and pricing updates (parts pricing, service schedule,
vehicle specification). Claim management reporting, risk control & ESB monthly reporting. ESB
Data management. Developing, launching and measuring various marketing programs. Project &
product implementation development. Also ensuring the brand identity is maintained throughout
the dealer network.
In March 2010 I joined Fleetpro PTY (LTD) as the project head for DiamondLease LLC in Dubai,
UAE, as a Business & Systems Analyst. I was responsible for their Fleet Management System.
My tasks included and were not limited to maintaining control of their fleet (roughly 9000 vehicles)
and business flow. Training of their staff on the Fleet Management System. Problem solving and
creating ways or means to streamline their business and make it more cost efficient and time
saving. I was responsible for their accurate management report control, fleet utilisation report and
various other aspects of their business. I oversee their daily operations on the new Fleet System
and also look for tighter control that may reduce possible financial risk.
In March 2010 I was asked to join the client on a permanent basis as their Fleet & Marketing
