This document describes a real estate app called Elixir that aims to solve problems faced by both home sellers and consumers. For sellers, it is difficult to effectively advertise properties through photos alone and visit each site with customers. For consumers, text descriptions of apartments provide little visualization. The app allows users to view accurate 3D augmented reality models and interior arrangements of properties with a single button touch, as well as walkthroughs. Future enhancements will allow texture, furniture, and interior customization without physical markers. The team developing Elixir includes members from Unity Technologies, X-Design Ventures, and VNR VJIET. Collaboration with these organizations will provide technology and skills to innovatively turn knowledge into customer-focused products
