The Need
Development of End-to-End complete sales CRM for Solar Maxx
Solar Maxx required a customized CRM system
that have the ability to create and manage
customized quotation templates. Changes made in
quotations should automatically update the
corresponding invoices and projects. Additionally,
there should be a need for automation, where
invoices and projects are generated upon approval
of quotations. Also, an Installer Module needs to
be implemented to track project details and
maintain a record of installers involved.

The Solution
Our solution addressed the customization needs of the
CRM system by implementing various features. We
enabled the creation and management of customized
quotation templates, ensuring that any changes made in
the quotations are automatically reflected in the
corresponding invoices and projects. To streamline the
workflow, we automated the invoice and project
generation process upon the approval of quotations,
reducing manual efforts and improving efficiency.
Additionally, we introduced an Installer Module that
allows for the tracking of project details and provides a
comprehensive record of the installers involved. With
these enhancements, the CRM system now offers a
tailored and efficient experience, enabling better control
over quotations, invoices, projects, and installer
management.
