We filter the list of pre-selected candidates and provide our client with a

We arrange the interview process for the pre-selected candidates with the
client. Briefing and debriefing with the client and the candidate is done pre
and post interview.

We present the final document with a full assessment per candidate. With the
client’s team, we discuss the individual strengths per candidate. The client
decides and selects their preferred candidate.

After the selection, we assist our client during the offer and negotiation stage.
We act as a mediator in this process to ensure that there is the right match
between both parties.
