Edward Noonan Ney was an advertising executive who joined Young & Rubicam in 1951, eventually becoming Emeritus Chairman. He took decisions to acquire other agencies and developed a "Whole Egg" strategy approach to integrated communication for clients. As a visionary businessman, he also served on the boards of Mattel and Power Corporation of Canada, helping them grow. Furthermore, Edward served as U.S. Ambassador to Canada from 1989 to 1992, assisting in expanding the US-Canada Free Trade Agreement to include Mexico. He was renowned as an expert in mass communication and relationship building.
