Diploma in Education. During the period 1999 to 2001 I also obtained a Certificate in Local
Government Finances accredited by the LGSETA that was presented by WECLOGO as part of
Project Viability. I further passed Local Government Management III (Cum Laude) in 2003,
as well as Local Government Finance II through Technikon South Africa.
I have completed 20 Unit Standards for Senior Managers through the University of
Stellenbosch (USB):2010-2012 in terms of Regulations published in Government Gazette 29967,
2007 and therefore meet all the regulatory requirements to be a Senior Manager in terms of the
MFMA
