This is second occasion I am writing to you. 2 decades before I wrote to you about improving PMT
servicesinPune.Youdidacknowledgeandtookaction. Thatenhances the hope and makes me to write
you. I have observed your growth since we met last at Sakal office when M J Akbar was invited as a
speaker, observing a disciplined life you follow and affirmative communication in various roles.
I developedmyself fromasamechanical engineer to a senior IT professional. I took 3 years break from
corporate life andworkedfull time inthe field of education without earning a single rupee, primary to
prepare content and spread those using social media websites. I travelled many places at my cost to
share the thoughtprocesswiththe students,inM.S. (towns in Nasik, Konkan, Khandesh) & C.S (Raipur,
Durg, Bhilai, Rajnandgaon, etc)
I would like to recommend following
1. Softskillsmake individuals more employable - Teaching soft skills from standard 1. It includes
effectivecommunication,Assertiveness,Decisionmaking,timemanagement,qualityof life, tips
to be successful, etc
2. Abolish types of the schools and publish common eContent across nation – Government to
developanddistribute the eContenttoeachschool acrossIndia.This will bring the consistency.
It should have Syllabus, Books, questions & answer sets, guide, etc. This will also abolish the
types of schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya, CBSE, etc
3. eLearning : To encourage self-learning using computers and internet
4. To build credit system abolishing yearly system – It needs to be implemented
5. Controlling the fees : Fees for education to be controlled (starting from Nursery)
6. Donation policy : it is to be published mentioning the amount of donation by each institute
bringing transparency
7. Computerawareness: To trainingmaximumpeopleforcomputerskills,kindlyrefermyproposal

8. Entrance test - Policyforthe entrance testtobe formedand declared. Any institute/ hospitals/
colleges/ hostels declaring entrance test needs to obtain the date from a central authority so
that overlapping of 2 potential entrance tests can be avoided. As far as it has to be a one
2. entrance test. Those possibly must be online so that from any location it can be attempted. If
one has to appear physically, then there should be gap of 3 days between 2 similar tests.
9. Career guidance center : Each school should have career guidance center
10. Teach primary skills – Which enable more employment like plumber, carpenters, drivers,
machine operators, etc.
11. Jointpartneringbetweenindustryandschools&colleges –Dependingonneedof the industries,
those need to bear the expenses & management for the education of the students
12. Everyone must educate – Minimum qualification and education is must for everyone, like
English as a language, mathematics, and science so as to survive gracefully. (many
acquaintances feel guilt for not knowing English, else they could have got better job, or serve
better like office boy, driver, etc)
13. Minimumcurriculumtoinclude Yoga,Sports,Exercises, basic banking & postal knowledge, and
then academic syllabus
14. Framework for
a. Safety policy
b. Clean water, food supply policy
c. Weight of school bag
d. Dress/Uniform policy
15. Private & publicpartnership:- Governmentinvestmentininfrastructure,execution/runningthe
schools by private firms
