This document describes a proposed mobile game called "The Grocery Chase" that aims to educate users on making healthy and sustainable food choices. The game challenges players to quickly fill a virtual shopping cart with items, earning more points for choices that meet nutritional and environmental standards. It outlines the game's design process which involved storyboarding, prototyping, user testing and refinement. It also provides examples of potential items and scoring in the game. In the end, it thanks the creators and contributors involved in developing the concept.
Brain Food: How to Eat Right to Think RightGaia Clinic
Your brain runs your life and is the greatest asset you possess. Yet many people spend more time and money considering whether they are nourishing their skin and hair properly than nourishing their brain. In this lecture, Medical Doctor, Tracy Thomson explains why learning to feed your brain can effectively increase your productivity, enhance your relationships (including your sex life) and generally make you happier on a daily basis!
This lesson dives deep into the principles of nutrition. What should we be eating in order to thrive as human beings? This is one of the most charged and controversial topics in existence. But it doesn't have to be. The mystery only comes in when we fail to ask the right questions that relate food to being healthy, not to the treatment of illness. This is made so much easier when we understand the principles of primal nutrition.
This presentation was part one of a four-part series on Food Systems/Food Politics delivered at College of the Rockies, Invermere, BC. The course was offered by the Columbai Valley Botanical Gardens and Centre for Sustainable Living.

We can make a difference by prioritizing food and the family around the table, understanding nutrient needs and how to best feed ourselves with the help of chef and nutritionist Mareya Ibrahim, The Fit Foodie of www.eatcleaner.com
