1. iMovR EcoLast Economy Warranty

ADDITION, ANYWET SURFACE MAY BE SLIPPERY. DO NOT USETHE MAT INWET ENVIRONMENTS OR STEP ONTHE MATWITHWET FEET.THISWARRANTY GIVESYOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, ANDYOU ALSO MAY HAVE OTHER

Flooring Care
Designed to provide comfort and improve
your wellbeing, iMovR EcoLast Economy
Standing Mats require little to no special care.
Clean as you would your floor. iMovR EcoLast
Economy Standing Mats can be spot cleaned,
swept, stick vacuumed (non-brushrolled)
or mopped. If needed, iMovR EcoLast
Economy Standing Mats can be cleaned with
commercial cleaners or residential products
such as Fantastic and Formula 409.
Mats should be stored flat; however, they may
be rolled with the bottom side to the inside
and the top surface to the outside. Do not
roll or bend mats with the top surface to the
inside as this will cause damage to the mats.
Return Instructions
If you are not completely satisfied with this
product you may return it for a refund or
replacement within the first 30 days from the
date of delivery. There will be a $15 restocking
fee per mat on all returns. Purchaser is
responsible for all shipping charges for
returns and replacements not attributable to
warranted defects or incorrect shipment on
iMovR’s part. Prior to returning the product,
you must email customercare@imovr.com or
call us at 425-999-3550 in order to obtain a
RMA (Return Material Authorization).
Limited Warranty
iMovR warrants to the original purchaser of this Product
(“Purchaser”) that the product shall be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use and service (the“Limited
Warranty”) for a period of FIVE (5) years from date of purchase (the
“Limited Warranty Period”).“Normal use and service”means that
the product is used in an indoor office environment in accordance
with the care instructions provided with the product. This Limited
Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. Purchaser may return
the defective product to iMovR during the Limited Warranty Period
for a replacement product of equal value or, at the sole option of
iMovR’s, for a refund in a prorated amount based on number of
years elapsed during the Limited Warranty Period. During the first
year the refund will equal 100% of the original purchase price of
the product. During each of the next four years, the refund will
be reduced annually by 20% of the original purchase price. For
example, if a defective product is returned during the third year
of the Limited Warranty Period, and iMovR determines that the
product is defective, iMovR may provide a replacement product
of equal value or at its option issue a refund equal to 60% of the
original purchase price of the product. No replacement or refund
will be provided after expiration of the Limited Warranty Period.
Defective mats must be returned at purchaser’s expense to iMovR
for warranty evaluation. Proof of purchase must be included with
any mat returned under warranty. This Limited Warranty excludes
damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, including
failure to follow the care instructions or damage caused by chemical
spills. The appearance of the inkjet-applied logo image is also
excluded from this warranty; it is normal for appearance to degrade
over the years through normal wear. The customer assumes full
responsibility for determining the suitability of our mats in the
customer’s particular application.
