All the 8 partners from 8 countries attended the meeting, wih a a total of 25 participants. The meeting started
the 24th
with a welcome dinner and closed the 27th
with a public event hosted by the City Hall of Agen.
The agenda’s objectives were twofold. On one hand evaluation and balance of the activities had to be done, to
allow closure and the starting of the final product elaboration – the EBOOK FOR PRACTICE, made out of all the
workshops the partners carried out with adults, that were shared and discussed.
The activities positively evaluated were the following and all of them can be found in our blog:
▪ A list, which will always be provisional, of the women that inspired Europe;
▪ Comparative and specific board, about the defense and affirmation of the gender equality on the countries involved in this project;
▪ Database of books, movies and supportive materials to work the gender issues in adult’s education.
On the other hand, there was the need to evaluate the partnership, prepare the final meeting and start the strategy for reporting.

In this breakfast we had the chance to discuss with youngsters
supported by Mission Local and that are leaving in a Leonardo da
Vinci Mobility. They shared with us their visions and worries
regarding gender issues, using the art products they made to
participate in a National Contest for Gender Equality organized
by the minister for women rights. They presented their works :
drawings, poem, sketch, posters
After this, a health and social assistant specialist Planning Famili-
al shared with us her testimony on gender issues within the
world of youngsters: violence between adolescents, contracep-
tion, sexual understandings and behaviours, abortion, among
many other issues that came out in the debate raised with this
testimony.

As some trainings only have men participating, The Chamber made a pro-
ject to promote gender equality and test methods on how to facilitate and
support female participation, in order to erase differences.
The method and instruments involved in paying more attention on the
whole process, from secondary school by encouraging girls to know about
apprenticeship and trade, and, on the second end to follow them very
carefully when they are working. This was very efficient, we could see an
augmentation of 50% from the girls in “pastry”.

Both learners and staff present could live and experiment one of
the workshops made by the partners. It was very interesting for
staff to discuss pedagogical approaches and for learners to dis-
cover how other young adults see the same issues.
In total, 7 learners from France, 2 from Turkey and 2 from Eng-
land participated to a debate about gender equality managed by
ta member of staff from mission locale. They could express their
views and ideas about topics on gender equality. The learners
were very involved and exchanges were very interesting.

To make the partnership stronger and facilitate even more understanding
among the partnership, everybody brought typical products from their
countries to share together, including the team of Mission Local that also
participated. It was a beautiful lunch and we enjoyed it, not to talk about
the long and wonderful tasting of so many good products.
