The document compares and contrasts the lifestyles of a boy from the early age (Flintstone) and a boy from the present day (Uday). It details aspects of their lives like family, housing, food, clothing, communication, education, fun activities, holidays and challenges. While Flintstone's life involved more migration, outdoor living and learning survival skills, Uday's life has advantages like modern technology, entertainment, varied food and easier living. In the end, the document notes both boys are happy with their own lifestyle and leaves it to the reader to decide which life is better.

This is what my friend Alison calls a "Mind Movie." It is a powerpoint set to music (Miley Cyrus\' "The Climb," which makes sense to Horatio Alger scholars and my life in general) that is a list of goals that I have for my life. They\'re all affirmations that I want to work on and make happen. Try making your own and sharing it, if you\'d like!

In January 2022, we encouraged seniors to share with us about their life in the form of an essay, poem, or drama script.
Many wonderful stories were submitted and shared, our seniors were very grateful to have the chance to look back on their achievements thus far.
This e-book is a compilation of winning entries from our ‘Glimpse of Life 2022’ competition.
We hope you relish reading their life stories as much as we enjoyed organising this event.
