• STRENGTH: reasonable Prices, Wide variety of services to choose from, E.g.- All
inclusive packages, different forms of tourist activities like village walks, bicycle
tours, night tours, street food tours, trekking, special tours for Holi, Diwali,
Durga Puja etc.
• WEAKNESS: Start up costs for new business, no reputation, lack of development
and proper sustainable actions for tourism marketing, lack of infrastructure,
poor standard of living etc.

developments(start-ups), community based tourism, training large workforce

2. cost of plant and machinery - 100000 (core equipment) + 50000 (other office
equipment)= 150000

Summary of Financial Analysis
• initial costs to be borne by all partners, divisible equally, i.e. 232000/4 = 58000
• office housing is to be rented as included in the fixed costs
• further capital, if required, is to be brought in by members of partnership
• our aim is to build up operations so that we may be able to purchase our own
building for office operations

• Break Even Formula: Fixed Cost/ (Price of Product - Variable Cost per Unit)
