secured agencies from crusher and parts manufacturers and foundries in the USA, England, South Africa and

In 2012, LMG has entered into agreement with one of the largest exporter of industrial equipment in China in
view to manufacture DUROC branded crushers and equipment at advantageous prices for retail in the southern
African region; our customer focused aim is to provide the lowest crushing cost per ton available on the regional
market. By eliminating parts and equipment agents, and large administrative and marketing structures, while
operating within a cost-efficient internal structure, we have succeeded in substantially lowering costs of
equipment and wear parts and have passed 100% of these savings directly to you. Our product offering includes
Jaw crushers, spring and hydraulic Cone crushers, vertical and horizontal Impactors and Sand Makers, feeders,
vibrating screens, and magnets. Moreover, we can provide program design, process flow design, standard and
non-standard structures design and, in some instances, we will also modify machines design as per our
customers’ requirements.

2. Our manufacturing partners operate in a fabrication and assembly area of 160,000 m2 which includes 100,000
m2 of standard heavy duty industrial workshop. There are more than 160 equipment including large and medium
sized metal processing, riveting and assembly equipment. There are over 1300 workers including 120
administration staff and engineers. The entire operation is compliant to the ISO 9001;2000 certification and is
engaged, in its quality system, to selecting high quality raw materials according to specific norms applicable in
the European and North American mining industry. We can therefore ensure they provide us with consistent
quality in conformance with our customers’ requirements. We believe that Quality and Value are the two key

3. LMG also offers fully inclusive projects with design and structures as well as semi mobiles of our latest designs
such as our SM400 series that carries a full plant including primary and secondary crushers with hopper, vibrator
and conveyors, ready for operation. We offer commissioning for any DUROC equipment acquired.
In the same vision to supply our customers with high quality, durable equipment, we have introduced a variety of
advanced industrial lubricants that are tailor made specifically for our customers’ machines. These products are
the finest lubricants, formulated from premium quality ‘PTFE’ and the Extra Pressure additive ‘Molybdenum
Disulfide.’ The composition of the lubricants can be specifically adapted to the equipment in use, so as to ensure
that our customers’ investment is protected in time, while preserving the value of their acquisition.
