DUBLIN
River Liffey Dublin  is the capital city of the Republic of Ireland and the largest city of the country. The population is aound 500 000. It is located near the midpoint of Ireland's east coast, at the mouth of the River Liffey.
A north-south division has traditionally existed in Dublin for some time, with the dividing line being the River Liffey. The  Northside  is seen by some as  working-class , while the  Southside  is seen as middle and upper  middle class .
