It is a newer-generation fluoroquinolone that delivers powerful sustained levels of concentration above and below the ocular surface. IQUIX® 1.5% achieves high concentrations in tissues that exceed MIC90 values of common pathogens. It has broad coverage of gram-negative and gram-positive pathogens and is well tolerated with a near neutral pH.
