How Does it Work? For Consumers

Customer selects vehicles, time and date for test drive &
books, prompting them to upload their driver’s license

Customers receive a follow up call from Drivelist, further
qualifying them and gathering information about their
requirements, specific vehicles preferences and trade

They are sent an email confirming the booking, and another
on the morning of the test drive

Customer test drives the vehicle selected
(over approx. 1 hour) with dealer representative

5

The following day, the customer is thanked via an email,
and asked to complete a survey on the experience

Dealership owns customer relationship to complete sale
How Does it Work? For Dealers

Booking management system is used to manage vehicle availability
and register dealer details, primary PMA and PMAs you can service

Bookings are assigned based on primary PMA and available vehicle

Email notification as soon as booking comes through including
customer profile

Calendar and daily view of test drive appointments

Prior to test drive we will call to check you’re on your way, and SMS
the customer that you will be arriving soon

Managing Director, Shane’s
experience covers a broad
range of skills. This was
gained through automotive
marketing with Lexus,
extensive advertising
expertise from Saatchi &
Saatchi and Whybin TBWA,
sales experience leading a
team at Fairfax Media and
finally operational expertise
gained through building
and launching two previous
businesses.

Our Technology Director
Alex brings with him
eight years of software
architecture and information
system design within the
telecommunications and
advertising industries. Alex
is an experienced engineer
with key knowledge &
experience in web services,
high traffic web applications,
cloud infrastructure, and big
data storage.

With over nine years of
experience in design,
advertising and digital
branding, Pete is our
extremely accomplished
Product Director. His work
includes design for major
international clients such as
Volkswagen, Nissan, 20th
Century Fox, RaboBank and
Sydney Opera house. Pete is
digital focused and is handson from conceptualisation to
final product delievery.

Sam brings a wealth of
experience to the team in
an advisory role. Based in
Palo Alto, his previous work
experience includes time at
Morgan Stanley, heading up
Business Development at
AirBnB and completing the
successful trade sale of his
own startup, Tripflavor. This is
rounded out by an MBA from
Stanford’s Graduate School
of Business.

Hank brings a volume of
experience to the Drivelist
team in an advisory role,
providing support with
operations and automotive
expertise. Hank’s career
highlights include cofounding Nudie Juice, being
the Commercial Director for
News Limited Digital and
APN Outdoor, and most
recently, GM of Drive.com.au.
