Herbin Hoyos is a Colombian journalist and broadcaster who went into exile in Spain after receiving death threats from the FARC for his work. He hosts a radio program called "The Voices of the Kidnapped" which began in 1994 to help families of kidnapping victims. The objective of the project is to investigate Hoyos' work and career helping kidnapping victims in Colombia in order to design an advertising campaign that highlights the importance of his radio program and its role in supporting hostage families.
