Herbin Hoyos is a Colombian journalist and broadcaster who went into exile in Spain after receiving death threats from the FARC for his work. He hosts a radio program called "The Voices of the Kidnapped" which began in 1994 to help families of kidnapping victims. The objective of the project is to investigate Hoyos' work and career helping kidnapping victims in Colombia in order to design an advertising campaign that highlights the importance of his radio program and its role in supporting hostage families.

He has a radio program called Las voces del secuestro (The voices of the
kidnapped) which began in 1994. In October 2008, Herbin Hoyos partnered with
the Panamanian company FinanzasForex to open a fund to collect money for the
kidnapped.
4. METHODOLOGY:
- In the next draft, we present research full all and the works of Herbin Hoyos and a
small preview of the campaign strategy.
- In the final presentation we decided to present the campaign Voces del
secuestro with a commercial.
