‘Work out your salvation
with fear and trembling’
Living a life “King size”
Letter to Philippians
Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so
now, not only as in my presence but much more in my
absence, work out your own salvation with fear and
trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will
and to work for his good pleasure. Philippians 2:12- 13
(2:1-18)
Octavian and Mark Antony
And a vision appeared to Paul in the night: a
man of Macedonia was standing there, urging
him and saying, “Come over to Macedonia and
help us.” And when Paul had seen the vision,
immediately we sought to go on into
Macedonia, concluding that God had called us
to preach the gospel to them. Acts 16:9,10
