Students today need to face multiple challenges
 during the placement process. Students must
equip themselves to handle rigorous placement
          process the following traits.

• Aptitude, Soft skill and English Language proficiency Training
  administered by professionals.
• Career and Certification programs arranged with external
  agencies of repute.

• Different education providers have created
  new partnerships to meet varying demands of
  stakeholders.
• Education providing has become a public and
  social responsibility.
• Education institutions are important elements
  in national infrastructure.
• III is the key factor in campus – corporate
  success.

Availability of time during semester
To further strengthen training delivery for the
changed content.

role play case studies and event management
for heterogeneous student set up.
To develop new and innovative contents for
effective delivery and complete all activities
related to training for all students in the campus
in multiple domains with a custom focus on the
target batch
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
• Insufficient skills sets and proficiency of non-teaching
  staff
• Scaling up of Award & Recognition for Students &
  Faculty.
• Heterogeneous mix of student community resulting in
  varied communication levels.
• Limited exposure of students to communication and
  life skills.
• Lack of Entrepreneurship development and Career
  Counseling cell.
• Lack of foreign language training facility.
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
• Stiff competition from peer institutes.
• Uncertain market trends and recession in industry resulting in
  fluctuating demand for campus placement.
• Retention of staff due to lucrative offers from industries and
  institutes.
• Increase in number of Engineering institutions.
• Enhanced Student Intake policy norms.
• Low fee structure and Incompatible Admission Policy for
  sustenance.
• Need to scale up Industry-Institute interaction leading to increase in
  MOUs & MOAs with industries, research labs and higher learning
  institutes.
• Non-availability of Research facilities at department level.
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
• Ability to apply engineering theory and
  principles to the work environment.
• An understanding of professional and ethical
  responsibility
• Ability to function on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Recognize the value of hands-on experience
• Ability to manage change.
• Understanding of office dynamics.
