The role of the manager comes into picture in this situation the manager has to look after his employees, if an employee’s performance is not efficient to produce the organizational goals it will affect the organization development towards its goals. Research Question and Justification of choice Introduction: Dell Computers PLC is the second largest computer manufacturing company in the world I was working with this company since July 5th 2005 to April 23th 2009 as a Accounts manager my role was to look after the electrical machineries that is troubleshooting and periodic maintenance of them and to train the subordinates in a shift. My shift brigade contained three employees including me, the other two were new employees and they did not have that much knowledge about the equipments and how to troubleshoot them. Also our plant coke oven 3 was newly commissioned in June 2008 (http://www.capitalmarket.com/BrokerResearch/PDFs/21-263000-040808.pdf, 2009) and it was not stabilized yet so the problems would arise now and then which needs to be troubleshooted. There were times when problems came simultaneously at different locations so in times like that I have to run at all places to make sure that plant ran smoothly but I was not efficient in doing that because I was the lone person who had good knowledge about the equipments, even though other two persons were there they could not make quick decisions about what to do because of their limited knowledge level. So this is the reason why I choose to do research on this topic that is the ways of reducing the workload on an employee and effects of its.      Definitions:
